Urgent Non-emergency Dental Treatment. All Department of Corrections’ dental clinics shall hold daily sick call (five (5) days a week Monday through Friday or when the dentist is present) to provide dental access to those inmate patients who cannot wait for a routine appointment and yet do not meet the criteria for emergency care. Inmates signing up for dental sick call must be evaluated, triaged and/or treated a within 72 hours. Urgent Non-emergency Dental Treatment includes toothaches, chronic abscesses, fractured teeth, lost fillings, teeth sensitive to hot and cold, broken and/or ill-fitting dentures, and other chronic conditions. Dental sick call hours shall be set in accordance with each Senior Dentist's preference. When dental staff is not present, inmates will be seen in the medical clinic for sick call issues. If an inmate is in need of urgent non-emergency dental care and the necessary dental treatment cannot be completed that day, the inmate is to be treated palliatively and treatment rescheduled as soon as possible, but in no event longer than ten (10) working days.

CONTRACT C2297 Urgent Non-emergency Dental Treatment includes toothaches, chronic abscesses, fractured teeth, lost fillings, teeth sensitive to hot and cold, broken and/or ill-fitting dentures, and other chronic conditions. Dental sick-call hours shall be set in accordance with each Senior Dentist's preference, and dental sick call shall be held for one (1) to two (2) hours daily in the early morning. Special arrangements shall be made to prevent excessive (more than seven (7) days') backlog. If an inmate is in need of urgent non-emergency dental care and the necessary dental treatment cannot be completed that day, the inmate is to be treated palliatively and treatment rescheduled as soon as possible, but in no event longer than ten (10) working days.

  • Emergency Medical Treatment I grant the Releasees permission to authorize emergency medical treatment as they deem appropriate, and agree that such action by the Releasees shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. I understand and agree that the Releasees assume no responsibility for any injury or damage that might result from such emergency medical treatment.

  • Sale Treatment The Company has determined that the disposition of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to this Agreement will be afforded sale treatment for accounting and tax purposes;

  • Medical Treatment Undersigned understands that the Released Parties do not have medical personnel available at the location of the activities. Undersigned hereby grants the Released Parties permission to administer first aid or to authorize emergency medical treatment, if necessary. Undersigned understands and agrees that any such action by the Released Parties shall be subject to the terms of this agreement and release, including any liability arising from the negligence of the Released Parties when administering first aid or authorizing others to do so.   • Substance Abuse Treatment Information Substance abuse treatment information shall be maintained in compliance with 42 C.F.R. Part 2 if the Party or subcontractor(s) are Part 2 covered programs, or if substance abuse treatment information is received from a Part 2 covered program by the Party or subcontractor(s).

  • Corporate Treatment The Board shall use its reasonable best efforts to take such actions as are necessary or appropriate to preserve the status of the Company as a partnership for U.S. federal (and applicable state and local) income tax purposes. If, however, the Board determines, in its sole discretion, for any reason (including the proposal, formally or informally, of legislation that could affect the Company’s status as a partnership for U.S. federal and/or applicable state and local income tax purposes) that it is not in the best interests of the Company to be characterized as a partnership, the Board may take whatever steps, if any, are needed to cause the Company to be or confirm that the Company will be treated as an association or as a publicly traded partnership taxable as a corporation for U.S. federal (and applicable state and local) income tax purposes, including by making an election to be taxed as a “C” corporation pursuant to the Code (a “Change in Tax Classification”), without any approval or vote of the Members required, and to make such filings, including without limitation, a Form 8832 with the Service, and to undertake such actions as required to effect such Change in Tax Classification. At the time and following any Change of Tax Classification, the Board shall have the right, without any approval or vote of the Members being required, to amend this Agreement as reasonably required to effect the Change in Tax Classification and to provide for the operations of the Company following such event. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, in the event U.S. federal (and/or applicable state and local) income tax laws, rules or regulations are enacted, amended, modified or applied after the date hereof in such a manner as to require or necessitate that the Company no longer be treated as a partnership for U.S. federal (and/or applicable state and local) income tax purposes, then the first sentence of this Section 8.7 shall no longer apply.

  • Protection of Residual Trees Pur- chaser’s Operations shall not unnecessarily damage young growth or other trees to be reserved.

  • National Treatment and Most-favoured-nation Treatment (1) Each Contracting Party shall accord to investments of investors of the other Contracting Party, treatment which shall not be less favourable than that accorded either to investments of its own or investments of investors of any third State. (2) In addition, each Contracting Party shall accord to investors of the other Contracting Party, including in respect of returns on their investments, treatment which shall not be less favourable than that accorded to investors of any third State.   • Emergency Transition Registry Operator agrees that, in the event that any of the emergency thresholds for registry functions set forth in Section 6 of Specification 10 is reached, ICANN may designate an emergency interim registry operator of the registry for the TLD (an “Emergency Operator”) in accordance with ICANN’s registry transition process (available at <xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/transition-­‐processes>) (as the same may be amended from time to time, the “Registry Transition Process”) until such time as Registry Operator has demonstrated to ICANN’s reasonable satisfaction that it can resume operation of the registry for the TLD without the reoccurrence of such failure. Following such demonstration, Registry Operator may transition back into operation of the registry for the TLD pursuant to the procedures set out in the Registry Transition Process, provided that Registry Operator pays all reasonable costs incurred (i) by ICANN as a result of the designation of the Emergency Operator and (ii) by the Emergency Operator in connection with the operation of the registry for the TLD, which costs shall be documented in reasonable detail in records that shall be made available to Registry Operator. In the event ICANN designates an Emergency Operator pursuant to this Section 2.13 and the Registry Transition Process, Registry Operator shall provide ICANN or any such Emergency Operator with all data (including the data escrowed in accordance with Section 2.3) regarding operations of the registry for the TLD necessary to maintain operations and registry functions that may be reasonably requested by ICANN or such Emergency Operator. Registry Operator agrees that ICANN may make any changes it deems necessary to the IANA database for DNS and WHOIS records with respect to the TLD in the event that an Emergency Operator is designated pursuant to this Section 2.13. In addition, in the event of such failure, ICANN shall retain and may enforce its rights under the Continued Operations Instrument.
