Urgent Repairs and Notification to Municipality. If any repairs or maintenance required to be made to the Natural Gas Distribution System are of an urgent nature where the operation or reliability of the Natural Gas Distribution System is materially compromised or potentially materially compromised, the Company will be entitled to conduct such repairs or maintenance as are commercially reasonable without prior notice to the Municipality and, unless otherwise specified by the Municipality, the Company will provide notice to the Municipality as soon as practicable and, in any event, no later than seventy-two (72) hours after the repairs are commenced.
