US Government Flowdown. Seller accepts only the flowdown of those government purchasing regulations (FAR, DFAR, etc.) made known to and accepted by Seller at time of price quotation. If a purchase or sale of Goods or services rendered to Goods under a purchase order requires compliance with any regulations not made previously known to and accepted by Seller, Seller reserves the right to re-price the Goods or cancel the applicable purchase order without any further liability.
