COMPLIANCE WITH GE POLICIES. Supplier acknowledges that it has read and understands the GE Integrity Guide for Suppliers, Contractors and Consultants, which may be updated or modified by Buyer from time to time (the “Guide”), and which is located (along with training on such Guide) at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/html/SuppliersIntegrityGuide.htm. Supplier agrees to fully comply with the Guide with regard to provision of the goods and/or services. Supplier agrees not to pay, promise to pay, give or authorize the payment of any money or anything of value, directly or indirectly, to any person for the purpose of illegally or improperly inducing a decision or obtaining or retaining business in connection with this Order.
COMPLIANCE WITH GE POLICIES. Supplier agrees to fully comply with the Guide with regard to provision of the goods and/or services. Supplier agrees not to pay, promise to pay, give or authorize the payment of any money or anything of value, directly or indirectly, to any person for the purpose of illegally or improperly inducing a decision or obtaining or retaining business in connection with this Order.
COMPLIANCE WITH GE POLICIES. 8.1 You agree to use all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any of Your Personnel who provide Services on GE’s premises comply with GE’s standard and site-specific safety, security and drug use policies that GE communicates to Your Personnel. You shall exercise all commercially reasonable efforts to assure that none of Your Personnel pose a threat to the safe working environment at the GE site, or a threat to the integrity of the business operations. At GE’s request, you agree to replace any of Your Personnel who fail to comply with GE’s standard and site specific policies.
COMPLIANCE WITH GE POLICIES. Shall comply with, and shall replace any SP Personnel who fail to comply with, all applicable GE policies, procedures, licenses and governance matters including, without limitation, (i) GE’s safety, security, drug use and drug testing policies; (ii) applicable licenses, policies, procedures, governance matters if SP or SP Personnel are provided access to GE or GE- contracted facilities, premises, systems, content, software or equipment; and (iii) The policies located at wxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx/XXXxxxxxxx.xxx, including, the GE Integrity Guide and as applicable, Supplier Travel and Expense Policy, GE Privacy and Data Protection Appendix (PDP), European Union Standard Data Privacy Clauses, Protected Health Information Agreement, Product Cybersecurity Appendix, GE Background Checking Guidelines and US Government Flowdown Provisions (if identified in the applicable SOW)/GE Power & Water Government Acquisition of Commercial Items Appendix (if identified in the applicable SOW). (To the extent SP is unable to comply with any material amendments thereto due to a substantial increase in SP's costs or obligations under the MSA, within fifteen (15) days of notice of said amendments, SP shall provide GE with written notification of its inability to do so and said notification shall specifically identify the amendments to which such inability applies. Without limitation, the Parties mutually acknowledge that failure to comply with this Section shall be deemed a material breach incapable of cure.);

PRZESTRZEGANIE ZASAD OBOWIĄZUJĄCYCH W GE. Dostawca potwierdza, że zapoznał się i rozumie treść Przewodnika GE dotyczący Rzetelności i Staranności dla Dostawców, Wykonawców i Doradców, który może być aktualizowany lub zmieniany przez Zamawiającego („Przewodnik”), a który dostępny jest (wraz ze szkoleniem na temat takiego przewodnika) pod adresem: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/suppliers/integrity . Dostawca zobowiązuje się w pełni przestrzegać wymogów zawartych w Przewodniku dotyczących dostarczania towarów i/lub usług. Dostawca zobowiązuje się, że ani bezpośrednio ani pośrednio, nie będzie dokonywać, obiecywać zapłaty, przekazywać bądź też zezwalać na dokonywanie jakichkolwiek płatności pieniężnych czy też przekazywanie innych wartości na rzecz jakichkolwiek osób w celu niezgodnego z prawem lub niestosownego uzyskania decyzji bądź nawiązania lub utrzymania relacji businessowych w związku z niniejszym Zamówieniem.
COMPLIANCE WITH GE POLICIES. 10.1 ARCA and its Service Providers will supply and review with all ARCA and Service Provider personnel who provide Services under this Agreement a copy of GE’s Integrity Guide for Suppliers (Schedule 10.1), and will cause all such ARCA and Service Provider personnel to comply with such policies to the extent that such policies are applicable to the activities conducted by ARCA and its Service Provider personnel in performing the Services.

RESPECT DES REGLES GE Le Fournisseur reconnaît avoir lu et compris le Guide d’Intégrité GE – à l’attention des fournisseurs, sous-traitants et consultants, tel que mis à jour ou modifié par l’Acheteur (le « Guide »), et qui se trouve (ainsi qu’une formation sur ce Guide) : xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/html/SuppliersIntegrityGuide.htm. Le Fournisseur s’engage, dans le cadre de la Commande, à respecter scrupuleusement les règles du Guide. Le Fournisseur s’engage à ne pas offrir, promettre ou octroyer, à quelque personne que ce soit, un avantage indu, pécuniaire ou autre, directement ou par le biais d’intermédiaires, dans le but que cette personne agisse ou s’abstienne d’agir dans le cadre de ses fonctions ou dans le but d’obtenir ou conserver illégalement ou indûment un marché en relation avec cette Commande.
