Usage of College Equipment. A. Officers and committee chairs of the Association shall have the right to use college equipment such as typewriters, computers, calculating machines, and audio-visual equipment at all reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use, subject to regulations determined by the Chief Financial Officer and subject to the approval of the individual who is charged with the responsibility for that piece of equipment. B. The Association’s Negotiation Committee’s expenses for duplicating with College equipment material for use of the Board or Board Committee in negotiations shall be paid for by the College out of funds budgeted for the Board.
