Usage of the Loan. The loan can only be used in the production and operation of the Company, such as purchasing raw material and equipment. It cannot be used in any other respects of the Company.
Usage of the Loan. The Loan shall be used for the purchase of heat preservation materials.
Usage of the Loan. 1. Party C will use the principal under this Contract for the repayment of the indebtedness due and payable to Beijing Wanhui Pharmaceutical Group, but Party B shall not take any responsibility for utilization of such loan by Party C.
Usage of the Loan. The loan can only be used in assisting Mr Xxx xxxx to invest in the Chinese operating company(“Shenzhen Rongxin”) with Xx Xxxx. Xx Xxx will hold 51% of “Shenzhen Rongxin”. Xx Xxx shall not use the loan in other purpose without prior written agreement from CTL.
Usage of the Loan. 2.1 The loan under the Agreement is intended for the following usage: the working capital (for purchasing raw coal used in production).
Usage of the Loan. The Loan shall be used for the purchase of steel materials.
Usage of the Loan. Party A shall use the loan for working capital turnover, Party A shall not change usage of the loan without written consent of Party B.
Usage of the Loan. The Agreed Loan shall only be used for the purpose of the Main Business of the Group Companies. Party B, Party C and Party D hereby jointly provide the warranty that the Agreed Loan will be used in accordance of the aforementioned usage.
Usage of the Loan. The Borrower agrees to use the above mentioned loan only for purchase of all the capital contribution of the Domestic-funded Company from Beijing NQ Technology Co., Ltd. The Borrower shall use such loan only for the purpose set forth in this Article, and shall not use such loan for any other purpose, unless it has obtained the written consent in advance from the Lender.
Usage of the Loan. The proceeds of the Loan under this Contract shall be used for procurement of PET chips.
