Usage Policy. Customer shall be solely liable in case the Device is damaged physically or otherwise at customer's site and or the Device fails due to any power fluctuations at the premises of the c u s t o m e r a n d n o e q u i p m e n t replacement policy shall be applicable in such scenario. Customer shall also be liable for the equipment and cost of the equipment to be paid to VoIP Office.
