USCIS Approval. The Applicant agrees to monitor their USCIS expiration date and apply for renewal 90 days before the expiration. Also, the Applicant's fingerprints must be current to secure the child's visa. Failure to renew timely may result in the Applicants having to re-apply to USCIS or could cause a delay in the child's visa.
