Common use of Use and Access Rights Clause in Contracts

Use and Access Rights. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order, Nexthink hereby grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right during the applicable Order Term (as defined below) to use and access the Services referenced in such Order, solely for its internal business purposes as set forth in this Agreement.
