Common use of Use and Confidentiality of Information Clause in Contracts

Use and Confidentiality of Information. Merchant shall not use any information gathered by or made available to Merchant about University’s students, faculty or staff as a result of Merchant's participation in the Bevo Bucks program for any purpose other than those required for the acceptance and processing of Debit Account transactions. The restricted information referred to in the preceding sentence shall include, but is not limited to student, faculty or staff identification numbers, account information, names, classification, phone numbers, and addresses.
