Common use of Use and Distribution Prohibition Clause in Contracts

Use and Distribution Prohibition. No undercover officer will ingest or inhale (other than passive inhalation) any controlled dangerous substance; nor will any undercover officer be permitted to distribute or dispense any controlled dangerous substance without the express approval of the county prosecutor or, where appropriate, the Attorney General or his or her designee. Under no circumstances will an undercover officer sell or transfer a firearm on school grounds or to a student without the express prior approval of the county prosecutor, or, where appropriate, the Attorney General or his or her designee.
