Common use of Use and Maintenance of the Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use and Maintenance of the Equipment. Lessee shall not install, use, operate or maintain the Equipment (or cause the Equipment to be installed, used, operated or maintained) improperly, carelessly, in violation of any applicable law or in a manner contrary to that contemplated hereby. Lessee shall provide all permits and licenses, if any, necessary for the installation and operation of the Equipment. In addition, Xxxxxx agrees to comply in all respects with all applicable laws, regulations and rulings of any legislative, executive, administrative, or judicial body, including, without limitation, all anti-money laundering laws and regulations; provided that Lessee may contest in good faith the validity or application of any such law, regulation or ruling in any reasonable manner that does not, in the opinion of Lessor, adversely affect the interest of Lessor in and to the Equipment or its interest or rights hereunder. Lessee agrees that it shall (a) maintain, preserve, and keep the Equipment in good repair and working order, in a condition comparable to that recommended by the manufacturer;
