Customer shall comply with the policies, guidelines, terms and conditions applied from time to time by the organisation or entity which is responsible for the management (registration and/or distribution and/or giving into use) of an (Internet) domain, such as – for example – ICANN. 10.2. Customer shall comply with the policies, guidelines, terms and conditions applied from time to time by the organisation or entity which is responsible for the management (registration and/or distribution and/or giving into use) of IP addresses and AS numbers, i.e. the regional Internet registries of ARIN.
