Use of Aggregate Data. Customer agrees that the Company may collect, use, and disclose quantitative data derived from the use of the PeoplesHR Services for its business purposes, including industry analysis, benchmarking, analytics, and marketing. All data collected, used, and disclosed will be in aggregate and de-identified form only and must not identify Customer, its Authorised Users, Customer Data, or any third parties utilising PeoplesHR Services.
