Common use of Use of Aggregate Data Clause in Contracts

Use of Aggregate Data. Company shall be entitled to use any non-identified, aggregate, analytical or statistical data which is derived, created, or learned from Customer Data during the use of the Solution (“Aggregate Data”) for any purpose, including the improvement the Solution, provided that any such use does not identify the personal data of any data subject.

Any disclosure or use of personal data which is required for the provision of the Licensed Services is subject to the Data Processing Agreement which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
