USE OF AND ACCESS TO SITE. 4.14.1 The Contractor shall confine operations at the site to areas permitted by law, including areas designated for operations or prohibited from operations by any applicable permit and or regulation, ordinances, permits and the Contract Documents and shall not unreasonably encumber the site with any materials or equipment. 4.14.2 Employees of the State, its separate contractors, and its consultants shall at all times have access to the site, subject to safety precautions established by the Contractor.
