Use of Avaya branding. Representative may during the term of this Agreement and on a non-exclusive basis, use Avaya's trade name and such of its trademarks or logos as Avaya may, from time to time, expressly designate in writing (collectively, "Brands") in relation to the advertising and marketing of the Services, subject to the terms set out in this Agreement.
