Use of Bank Days a. In keeping with the intent of the emergency sick leave Bank, Bank days may only be awarded to an eligible member, if the member’s need for Bank days is the result of the member’s, the member’s spouse or child’s or the member’s parents extended hospitalization, convalescence, recuperation or continuing treatment for an injury, maternity leave, non-elective surgery or a serious/chronic illness such as chemotherapy, dialysis, physical therapy, which requires the member’s absence from work for at least one-half of a contract day.

  • Variation of Charges (a) Subject to clause 5.6(b), ARTC will immediately pass on to the Access Holder any net effect of any imposition of new taxes or charges, increases or decreases in taxes or charges (other than income tax) which is a tax, royalty, rate, duty, levy or impost of general application imposed on ARTC by any government or regulatory authority and which is directly attributable to the provision by ARTC to the Access Holder of access to the Network.
