Use of Buyer’s Information. Seller will: (i) keep all Buyer’s Information (as defined below) confidential and disclose it only to its Personnel who need to know such Buyer’s Information in order for Seller to supply goods and services to Buyer under this Contract; and (ii) use the Buyer’s Information solely for the purpose of supplying goods and services to Buyer under this Contract.
