Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism. To the extent any good covered by this Contract are to be imported into the United States of America, Seller shall comply with all applicable recommendations or requirements of the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection's Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism ("C-TPAT") initiative. Upon request, Seller shall certify in writing its compliance with the C-TPAT initiative.

Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism. PetSmart participates in the US Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and is committed to engaging providers, vendors and consultants who have policies and procedures ensuring supply chain security. PetSmart requires that all its providers, vendors and consultants make reasonable efforts to have a security program that is in accordance with C-TPAT’s minimum security requirements.
Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism. The following provisions are applicable to all Orders that require goods to be imported into the United States: Buyer is certified by the U.S. Customs Service as compliant with the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program (“C-TPAT”). Seller shall familiarize itself with the applicable standards of the C-TPAT program (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/xp/cgov/trade/cargo_security/ctpat/). To the extent it deals with Buyer in the supply chain of products to be imported into the U.S., Seller shall implement a verifiable, documented program that complies with (i) C-TPAT standards, including, but not limited to, completion of a supply chain security self-assessment on an annual basis, and (ii) Buyer’s requests that Buyer reasonably believes are necessary to maintain its C-TPAT certification, including, but, not limited to, unannounced physical site assessments. Seller shall immediately notify Buyer if Seller becomes aware that it is not in compliance with C-TPAT standards. Failure by Seller to comply with the obligations in this paragraph shall give Buyer the right to terminate this Order, in whole or in part, without liability, upon written notice to Seller, notwithstanding any provision of this Order to the contrary.
Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism. DTNA supports the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) program. This program is designed to protect the supply chain from the introduction of hazardous or prohibited contents in shipments to the United States or to any of DTNA’s facility, sub-tier supplier, or customer, wherever located. Shipments through U.S. importers, from manufacturers in foreign countries, and through U.S. brokers, freight forwarders, and/or carriers should be with certified and validated C-TPAT transportation companies unless otherwise approved by DTNA. Information about C-TPAT can be found at xxx.xxx.xxx. Supplier will comply with the requirements of the C-TPAT initiative and will provide DTNA with necessary documentation through DTNA’s web based C-TPAT Secure system supporting compliance upon request of DTNA. This documentation will be provided by Supplier to DTNA in the manner requested by DTNA. Failure to comply will automatically rate the Supplier’s supply chain security level as “High Risk”.

If C- TPAT certified, Vendor shall also provide the Authority a copy of documentation verifying the certification. If not C-TPAT certified, Vendor shall (a) confirm in writing if Vendor participates, or has participated, in a World Customs Organization accredited security program administered by the Customs Administration of the Parent’s country, and (b) provide a security questionnaire in the Authority’s approved format. Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism. If applicable, Supplier will participate in the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program (“C-TPAT”), or have adequate security controls which meet or exceed the requirements of C-TPAT. Supplier also agrees to complete any required supply chain security surveys requested by Sacoma.
