USE OF CITY EMAIL. ‌ a. The Association shall have reasonable use of the City’s electronic mail system (email) for communicating with its members and with the City. Members of the Association shall have reasonable use of the City email system to contact the Association and it members. Use of the email system is subject to provisions of the City’s Information Technology Resource Policy (API#30). b. The Association shall have the right to reasonable use of the City’s existing internal mail system to contact its members. c. The City shall not be held responsible for untimely or lost communications.
