Use of City Resources. A. The Union may, with the prior approval of the City, be granted the use of City facilities during non-work hours for meetings of City employees provided space is available, and provided further that such meetings are not intended for such internal employee organizational meetings as soliciting membership, campaigning for office, and organizational meetings and elections. Union-sponsored meetings in City facilities maynot interfere with the efficiency, safety or security of City operations.
