Use of Contract Documents and Information. 14.1. The Supplier shall not, except for purposes of performing the obligations in this Contract, without the Procuring Entity’s prior written consent, disclose this Contract, or any provision thereof, or any specification, plan, drawing, pattern, sample, or information furnished by or on behalf of the Procuring Entity. Any such disclosure shall be made in confidence and shall extend only as far as may be necessary for purposes of such performance. 14.2. Any document, other than this Contract itself, enumerated in GCC Clause 14.1 shall remain the property of the Procuring Entity and shall be returned (all copies) to the Procuring Entity on completion of the Supplier’s performance under this Contract if so required by the Procuring Entity.
