Use of Contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent either the ISO or the TE from using qualified third party contractors to meet the Party's rights or obligations under this Agreement. However, under no circumstances shall the use or hiring of a qualified third party contractor or agent relieve the Responsible Entity of any liability hereunder.
