  • Laws, Rules and Regulations You agree to comply with all existing and future operating procedures used by the Bank for processing of transactions. You further agree to comply with, and be bound by, all applicable state or federal laws, rules, regulations, orders, guidelines, operating circulars and pronouncements, affecting checks and drafts, including, but not limited to, all rules and procedural guidelines established by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve and the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization ("ECCHO") and any other clearinghouse or other organization in which Bank is a member or to which rules Bank has agreed to be bound. These procedures, rules, and regulations (collectively the "Rules") and laws are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Rules, the Rules will control.

  • Conflicts Between Terms If this Contract conflicts with an applicable local, state, or federal law, regulation, or court order, applicable local, state, or federal law, regulation, or court order shall control. Varying degrees of stringency among the main body of this Contract, the exhibits or attachments, and laws, regulations, or orders are not deemed conflicts, and the most stringent requirement shall control. Each party shall notify the other immediately upon the identification of any apparent conflict or inconsistency concerning this Contract.

  • Consistency with Federal Laws and Regulations This Agreement shall incorporate by reference Section 22.9 of the CAISO Tariff as if the references to the CAISO Tariff were referring to this Agreement.

  • CONFLICTS WITH TRUST’S GOVERNING DOCUMENTS AND APPLICABLE LAWS Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to require the Trust or any Fund to take any action contrary to the Trust’s Agreement and Declaration of Trust, Amended and Restated By-Laws, or any applicable statute or regulation, or to relieve or deprive the Board of Trustees of its responsibility for and control of the conduct of the affairs of the Trust and Fund.   • Effect of Laws, Rules and Regulations The Exclusive Representative recognizes that all employees covered by this Agreement shall perform the services and duties prescribed by the School District and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and by School District rules, regulations, directives and orders, issued by properly designated officials of the School District. The Exclusive Representative also recognizes the right, obligation and duty of the School District and its duly designated officials to promulgate rules, regulations, directives and orders from time to time as deemed necessary by the School District insofar as such rules, regulations, directives and orders are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, and recognizes that the School District, all employees covered by this agreement, and all provisions of this Agreement are subject to State and Federal law. The Contractor agrees that all activity pursuant to this Contract will be in accordance with all applicable current federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to the Public Records Act (chapter 42.56 RCW), the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 522) and the Records Retention Act (chapter 40.14 RCW).
