Common use of USE OF FIRE HYDRANTS Clause in Contracts

USE OF FIRE HYDRANTS. The Prime Contractor, Subcontractors, and any other person working on the Project shall not open, turn off, interfere with, attach any pipe or hose to, or connect anything with any fire hydrant, stop valve, or stop cock, or tap any water main belonging to the Owner, unless duly authorized to do so by the Denton Water Utilities Department in accordance with the Denton City Code.
