USE OF FUNDING FOR PROGRAMS. The Parties intend for Funding to be used to provide a range of services to individuals struggling with housing insecurity, substance use, or behavioral health issues, and to the Service Providers supporting those individuals. To avoid ambiguity, Funding from the City shall be used to support HRAP Programming, with Programming for Adult Shelter, staffing and program costs related to Outreach and Engagement, and Specialized Transitional and Permanent Housing, receiving priority for such Funding.
