Common use of Use of Hearing Officer Clause in Contracts

Use of Hearing Officer. The use of a Hearing Officer to assist the Appellate Review Body at the appellate review is optional and is to be determined by the Chairs of the Boards. A Hearing Officer may or may not be an attorney-at-law, but must be experienced in conducting hearings. A Hearing Officer shall not be in direct economic competition with the Graduate Trainee involved.
