Use of Intellectual Property Rights. (a) You warrant that You are entitled, or will be entitled at the required time, to deal with the Intellectual Property Rights in Your Material and any Existing Material in the manner provided for in this clause 18. (b) We warrant that We are entitled, or will be entitled at the required time, to deal with the Intellectual Property Rights in Our Material in the manner provided for in this clause 18.
