Use of Ledgers. The Cash Manager shall forthwith record monies received or payments made by it on behalf of the Mortgages Trustee or Funding in the ledgers in the manner set out in this Agreement. If, at any time, the Cash Manager is in any doubt as to which ledger a particular amount should be credited or debited, it shall consult with the Security Trustee thereon. Except in the case of the Funding Principal Deficiency Ledger, a debit item shall only be made in respect of any of the Mortgages Trustee Ledgers and the Funding Ledgers and the corresponding payment or transfer (if any) may only be made from the Mortgages Trustee Transaction Account, the Mortgages Trustee GIC Account, the Funding GIC Account, the Funding Transaction Account or any Funding (Issuer) GIC Account, as the case may be, to the extent that such entry does not cause the relevant ledger to have a debit balance. In the case of the Funding Principal Deficiency Ledger, a credit item shall only be made to the extent that such entry does not cause such ledger to have a credit balance.

Use of Ledgers. The Current Issuer Cash Manager shall forthwith record monies received or payments made by it on behalf of the Current Issuer in the ledgers in the manner set out in this Agreement. If, at any time, the Current Issuer Cash Manager is in any doubt as to which ledger a particular amount should be credited or debited, it shall consult with the Note Trustee thereon. Except in the case of the Current Issuer Principal Deficiency Ledger, a debit item shall only be made in respect of any of the Current Issuer Ledgers, and the corresponding payment or transfer (if any) may only be made from the Current Issuer Transaction Accounts, to the extent that such entry does not cause the relevant ledger to have a debit balance. In the case of the Current Issuer Principal Deficiency Ledger and each Current Issuer Principal Deficiency Sub Ledger, a credit item shall only be made to the extent that such entry does not cause such ledger to have a credit balance.

(b) A debit item shall only be made in respect of any of the Ledgers and the corresponding payment or transfer (if any) may only be made from amounts held for and on behalf of the Guarantor LP, the GIC Account (or, as applicable, the Standby GIC Account) or the Transaction Account (or, as applicable, the Standby Transaction Account), as the case may be, to the extent that such entry does not cause the relevant Ledger to have a debit balance. (c) Following the service of a Notice to Pay on the Guarantor LP: (i) the Cash Manager shall not be obliged to maintain the Ledgers other than the Capital Account Ledger and the Intercompany Loan Ledger; and (ii) the Cash Manager shall establish any new Ledgers required by the Guarantor LP or the Bond Trustee to record payments in respect of obligations of the Guarantor LP under the Covered Bond Guarantee or otherwise.

Except in the case of the Funding Principal Deficiency Ledger and the Funding 2 Principal Deficiency Ledger, a debit item shall only be made in respect of any of the Mortgages Trustee Ledgers, Funding Ledgers and the Funding 2 Ledgers and the corresponding payment or transfer (if any) may only be made from the applicable Mortgages Trustee Bank Account, the applicable Funding Bank Account or the applicable Funding 2 Bank Account, as the case may be, to the extent that such entry does not cause the relevant ledger to have a debit balance. In the case of the Funding Principal Deficiency Ledger and the Funding 2 Principal Deficiency Ledger, a credit item shall only be made to the extent that such entry does not cause such ledger to have a credit balance.

A debit item shall only be made in respect of any of the Master Issuer Ledgers, and the corresponding payment or transfer (if any) may only be made from the Master Issuer Accounts, to the extent that such entry does not cause the relevant ledger to have a debit balance.

(b) A debit item shall only be made in respect of any of the Ledgers and the corresponding payment or transfer (if any) may only be made from the GIC Account or any other LLP Account, as the case may be, to the extent that such entry does not cause the relevant Ledger to have a debit balance. (c) Following service of a Notice to Pay on the LLP the Cash Manager shall not be obliged to maintain the Ledgers other than the Capital Account Ledger, the Intercompany Loan Ledger and the Supplemental Liquidity Reserve Ledger. (d) The Cash Manager shall establish any new Ledgers required by the LLP or the Security Trustee to record payments under the Covered Bond Guarantee or otherwise. (e) If, at any time, the Cash Manager is in any doubt as to which Ledger a particular amount should be credited or debited, it shall consult with the Security Trustee thereon.

If, at any time, the Issuer Cash Manager is in any doubt as to which ledger a particular amount should be credited or debited, it shall consult with the Issuer Security Trustee thereon. Except as provided in Clause 2.4(b) of the Issuer Bank Account Agreement, a debit item shall only be made in respect of any of the Issuer Ledgers, and the corresponding payment or transfer (if any) may only be made from the Issuer Transaction Accounts, to the extent that such entry does not cause the relevant ledger to have a debit balance.
Use of Ledgers. 6.1 The Trust Property Cash Manager shall forthwith record monies received or payments made by it on behalf of the Mortgages Trustee in the ledgers in the manner set out in this Agreement. 6.2 A debit item shall only be made in respect of any of the Mortgages Trustee Ledgers and the corresponding payment or transfer (if any) may only be made from the relevant Mortgages Trustee Transaction Account and/or the VM Mortgages Trustee Account as the case may be, to the extent that such entry does not cause the relevant ledger to have a debit balance.
