Common use of Use of Loan Funds Clause in Contracts

Use of Loan Funds. (a) Borrower shall use the Loan to fund construction of the Development, consistent with the Approved Development Budget. Use of the Loan for reimbursement of costs incurred prior to the date of this Agreement is subject to Section 92.206(d)(1) of the HOME Regulations. (b) Borrower may not use the Loan proceeds for any other purposes without the prior written consent of the County.

Use of Loan Funds. ‌ (a) Borrower shall use the Loan to fund for construction of the DevelopmentImprovements, which may include preconstruction costs, consistent with the Approved Development Budget. Use of the Loan for reimbursement of costs incurred prior to the date of this Agreement is subject to Section 92.206(d)(1) of the HOME Regulations. (b) Borrower may not use the Loan proceeds funds for any other purposes purpose without the prior written consent of the County.

Use of the Loan for reimbursement of costs incurred prior to the date of this Agreement is subject to Section 92.206(d)(1) of the HOME Regulations. (b) Borrower may not use the Loan proceeds for any other purposes without the prior written consent of the County. (c) Borrower shall comply with the Project Agreement in the use of the Loan.

(a) The Borrower shall use the Loan to fund the acquisition and construction of the DevelopmentDevelopment (including permits, fees, and financing costs) consistent with the Approved Development Budget. Use of the Loan for reimbursement of costs incurred prior to the date of this Agreement is subject to Section 92.206(d)(1) of the HOME Regulations. (b) The Borrower may shall not use the Loan proceeds for any other purposes without the prior written consent of the County. (c) The Borrower shall comply with the Project Agreements in the use of the Loan; provided, however, in the event of any conflict between the Project Agreements and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
