Use Of Material, Equipment, Or Personnel. 1. The Contractor shall not use materials, equipment, or personnel paid for under the Master Contract for any activity other than those provided for under the Master Contract, except with the State’s prior written permission. 2. Any interest accrued on funds paid to the Contractor by the State shall be deemed to be the property of the State and shall either be credited to the State at the close-out of the Master Contract or, upon the written permission of the State, shall be expended on additional services or work, as applicable, provided for under the Master Contract.
