Use of Name of Property of Leased Area The Tenant may rename the property of the leased area and publicly use the whole or part of the name, logo and photo (picture) consistent with the naming in order to serve the purpose of the Tenant’s relevant commercial promotion and operation. However, the above naming rights shall not infringe the Landlord’s ownership to the leased property.

Use of Name of Property. Tenant shall use the name of the Property in which the Premises are located in all Tenant's advertising in connection with Tenant's business at the Premises and for no other purpose, except with Landlord's consent. Tenant shall not have or acquire any property right or interest in the name of the Property. Landlord reserves the right to change the name, title, or address of the Property or the address of the Premises at any time, and Tenant waives all claims for damages caused by any such change.

  • Use of Name (a) The Sub-Adviser hereby consents to the use of its name and the names of its affiliates in the Fund’s disclosure documents, shareholder communications, advertising, sales literature and similar communications.   • Maintenance and Use of Property Borrower shall cause the Property to be maintained in a good and safe condition and repair. The Improvements and the Personal Property shall not be removed, demolished or materially altered (except for normal replacement of the Personal Property or as permitted in the PETsMART Lease) without the consent of Lender. Except as provided in Section 3.8(f) hereof, Borrower shall promptly repair, replace or rebuild or cause to be repaired, replaced or rebuilt, any part of the Property which may be destroyed by any casualty, or become damaged, worn or dilapidated or which may be affected by any proceeding of the character referred to in Section 3.6 hereof and shall complete and pay for any structure at any time in the process of construction or repair on the Land. Borrower shall not initiate, join in, acquiesce in, or consent to any change in any private restrictive covenant, zoning law or other public or private restriction, limiting or defining the uses which may be made of the Property or any part thereof, provided, that Borrower shall be permitted to enter into easement agreements or grant rights of way so long as such agreements or grants do not reduce the value of the Property or impair its use, and so long as Borrower has delivered to Lender a title endorsement satisfactory to Lender with respect to such agreements and/or rights of way. If under applicable zoning provisions the use of all or any portion of the Property is or shall become a nonconforming use, Borrower will not cause or permit the nonconforming use to be discontinued or the nonconforming Improvement to be abandoned without the express written consent of Lender.

  • Use of Names The Manager and the Fund agree that the Manager has a proprietary interest in the names “DFA” and “Dimensional,” and that the Fund and/or Portfolio may use such names only as permitted by the Manager, and the Fund further agrees to cease use of such names promptly after receipt of a written request to do so from the Manager.

The Distributor will not issue any press releases or make any public announcements regarding the existence of this Agreement without the express written consent of the Trust. Neither the Trust nor the Distributor will disclose any of the economic terms of this Agreement, except as may be required by law.

  • Compliance with Laws; Use of Proceeds Each Loan Party shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, comply with all applicable Laws, including all Environmental Laws, in all respects; provided that it shall not be deemed to be a violation of this Section 8.1.7 if any failure to comply with any Law would not result in fines, penalties, remediation costs, other similar liabilities or injunctive relief which in the aggregate would constitute a Material Adverse Change. The Loan Parties will use the Letters of Credit and the proceeds of the Loans only in accordance with Section 2.8 [Use of Proceeds] and as permitted by applicable Law.

  • Publicity/Use of Names No disclosure of the existence, or the terms, of this Agreement may be made by either Party, and no Party shall use the name, trademark, trade name or logo of the other Party, its Affiliates or their respective employee(s) in any publicity, promotion, news release or disclosure relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, without the prior express written permission of that other Party, except as may be required by Applicable Law.

  • No Use of Name The use of the name "The Scripps Research Institute", "Scripps", or any variation thereof in connection with the advertising or sale of Licensed Products is expressly prohibited.
