Common use of Use of Name or Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Use of Name or Intellectual Property. Contractor agrees it will not use the name of the Georgia Department of Public Health or any intellectual property owned by the State of Georgia, including but not limited to State trademarks or logos, in any manner, including commercial advertising or as a business reference, without the express prior written consent of the Department.
