Common use of Use of Name; Publication Clause in Contracts

Use of Name; Publication. The Facility shall allow the University to list the name of the Facility as an affiliated institution in catalogs, brochures and correspondence, subject to prior written approval by the Facility and in the Facility’s sole discretion. The University shall notify Students that they must obtain prior written approval from the University and from the Facility before publishing any material relative to the Opportunity or the Facility.
