Common use of Use of Name, Registry and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Use of Name, Registry and Reporting. No Party hereto shall use any other Party’s name, or Sponsor’s name, in connection with any advertising, publication or promotion without prior written permission, except that the Sponsor and Quintiles may use the Institution’s name in Study publications and communications, including clinical trial websites and Study newsletters. Sponsor will register the Study with a public clinical trials registry in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and will report the results of the Study publicly when and to the extent required by applicable laws and regulations.

Use of Name, Registry and Reporting. No Party hereto shall use any other Party’s name, or Sponsor’s name, in connection with any advertising, publication or promotion without prior written permission, except that the Sponsor and Quintiles IQVIA may use the Institution’s name in Study publications and communications, including clinical trial websites and Study newsletters. Sponsor will register the Study with a public clinical trials registry in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and will report the results of the Study publicly when and to the extent required by applicable laws and regulations.
