Use of Operations Areas. Operator agrees and acknowledges that the Operations Areas shall be used only for the purposes specifically set forth in this Agreement. Operator’s use of the Operations Areas for purposes other than those specifically authorized herein shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement, entitling Authority to immediately terminate this Agreement and to all other remedies provided under this Agreement, by law and at equity.
