Operations Areas. ACS Transition Team members representing Operations Areas (e.g. Console Operations, Help Desk, Scheduling, etc.) will meet with Symetra and/or Safeco personnel currently performing the same functions. The purpose of the meetings is as follows: • Validate the transition, implementation, and migration approaches • Complete detailed design to the level required for initial procurement • Prepare to assume operational responsibility Ø Complete a technical questionnaire and obtain related operational documentation Ø Review operations processes & procedures, hours of operation Ø Review help desk environment and problem management procedures Ø Review scheduling package implementation, schedules, and administrative processes & procedures Ø Review tape management package implementation, tape library, and tape drive configuration, processes & procedures, off site requirements, backup & recovery requirements, foreign tape requirements, mail tape requirements Ø Review standards and conventions Ø Observe daily processes for operations, production control & scheduling, & tape operations & administration Ø Review interfaces to other platforms Ø Review application support requirements

Operations Areas. JAA hereby grants Operator a license to: (i) installation, operation and maintenance of a Kiosk; (ii) use of Valet Parking Drop-Off and Pick-Up Area for the drop-off and pick-up of the customer’s vehicles that are utilizing valet parking (iii) use of Assigned Premises. Operator may lease office space, if available, from the Authority in the FAA Sector Building during the Term of the Agreement pursuant to the Facility Rental established in Article 5.3. Operator acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is an agreement for services and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting Operator any title, interest or estate in the Operations Areas.
Operations Areas. The Passenger Loading Areas at the Airport Terminals and the Holdings Lots designated by this Agreement as the passenger curbside loading areas and holding areas.
Operations Areas. The areas at the Airport designated by the Aviation Department’s GTP, as may be revised, where the Contractor shall conduct its operations.

A. Operations Areas “As Is”. Operator expressly acknowledges that it has inspected the Operations Areas and that it accepts the same in its “AS IS” condition, together with all defects, latent and patent, if any. Operator further acknowledges that Authority has made no representations or warranties of any nature regarding the condition of the Operations Areas.

  • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • Operations Matters In the conduct its business and operations, Pledgor shall, and shall cause each of the Companies to: (i) maintain books and records, separate from those of any other Person; (ii) maintain its bank accounts and all its other assets separate from those of any other Person; (iii) hold regular member, partnership or shareholder meetings, as appropriate, to conduct its business, and observe all other limited liability company, partnership or corporate formalities, as the case may be; (iv) hold itself out to creditors and the public as a legal entity separate and distinct from any other Person; (v) prepare separate financial statements, or if part of a consolidated or combined group, then it shall be shown as a separate member of such group, including in a footnote(s) to the relevant financial statements disclosing its separate existence and identity and the existence of its own assets; (vi) allocate and charge fairly and reasonably any common employee or overhead shared with Affiliates; (vii) transact all business with Affiliates on an arm's-length basis and to enter into transactions with Affiliates on an arm's-length basis; (viii) conduct business in its own name; (ix) with regard to each Company, maintain a sufficient number of employees in light of such Company's contemplated business operations; (x) correct any misunderstanding regarding its separate identity of which Pledgor has actual knowledge; (xi) not identify itself in writing as a division of any other Person; and (xii) maintain adequate capital in light of its contemplated business operations.

  • Working Facilities During the Term of Employment, the Company shall furnish the Executive with an office, secretarial help and such other facilities and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire.

  • Service Areas HHSC authorizes the MA Dual SNP to add the MA Product to Texas service areas that are not identified in Attachment C, Proposed MA Product Service Areas, provided it receives prior CMS approval and complies with the notice requirements specified in this Agreement.

  • Parking Facilities The parking facilities appurtenant to the Building include asphalt surface parking for visitor parking and a separate parking structure for monthly parking (“Parking Structure”). Tenant shall be entitled to use commencing on the earlier of the Commencement Date or Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises, eight (8) vehicle parking spaces within the Parking Structure for the monthly parking of Tenant’s employees. Two of such parking spaces shall be for parking in the reserved covered portion of the Parking Structure, four (4) of such parking spaces shall be for parking in the unreserved covered portion of the Parking Structure, and the remaining two (2) parking spaces shall be for parking in the unreserved rooftop, uncovered portion of the Parking Structure. Tenant’s use of the Parking Structure shall be based upon a non-exclusive use in common with Landlord, other tenants of the Building, and their guests and invitees. Tenant shall not use more parking spaces than said number, or any spaces (a) which have been specifically assigned by Landlord to other tenants or for such other uses as visitor parking or (b) which have been designated by governmental entities of competent jurisdiction as being restricted to certain uses. Landlord reserves the right to erect such security and access and egress control devices as it may reasonably deem to be appropriate (including, without limitation card controlled gates) and Tenant agrees to cooperate fully with Landlord in such matters. Tenant shall not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant’s employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, or invitees to be loaded, unloaded, or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. If Tenant permits or allows any of such prohibited activities, then Landlord shall have the right, without notice, in addition to such other rights and remedies that it may have, to remove or tow away the vehicle involved and charge the cost to Tenant, which cost shall be immediately payable upon demand by Landlord.

  • Operations and Maintenance Seller shall not during the months of June through September inclusive schedule any non-emergency maintenance that reduces the energy generating capability of the Facility by more than ten percent (10%), unless (i) such outage is required to avoid damage to the Facility, (ii) such maintenance is necessary to maintain equipment warranties and cannot be scheduled outside the months of June through September, (iii) such outage is required in accordance with prudent electrical practices, or (iv) the Parties agree otherwise in writing.

  • MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR; RULES Tenant will, at its sole expense, keep and maintain the Premises and appurtenances in good and sanitary condition and repair during the term of this Agreement and any renewal thereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant shall: (a) Not obstruct the driveways, sidewalks, courts, entry ways, stairs and/or halls, which shall be used for the purposes of ingress and egress only; (b) Keep all windows, glass, window coverings, doors, locks and hardware in good, clean order and repair; (c) Not obstruct or cover the windows or doors; (d) Not leave windows or doors in an open position during any inclement weather; (e) Not hang any laundry, clothing, sheets, etc. from any window, rail, porch or balcony nor air or dry any of same within any yard area or space; (f) Not cause or permit any locks or hooks to be placed upon any door or window without the prior written consent of Landlord; (g) Keep all air conditioning filters clean and free from dirt; (h) Keep all lavatories, sinks, toilets, and all other water and plumbing apparatus in good order and repair and shall use same only for the purposes for which they were constructed. Tenant shall not allow any sweepings, rubbish, sand, rags, ashes or other substances to be thrown or deposited therein. Any damage to any such apparatus and the cost of clearing stopped plumbing resulting from misuse shall be borne by Tenant; (i) And Tenant's family and guests shall at all times maintain order in the Premises and at all places on the Premises, and shall not make or permit any loud or improper noises, or otherwise disturb other residents; (j) Keep all radios, television sets, stereos, phonographs, etc., turned down to a level of sound that does not annoy or interfere with other residents; (k) Deposit all trash, garbage, rubbish or refuse in the locations provided therefor and shall not allow any trash, garbage, rubbish or refuse to be deposited or permitted to stand on the exterior of any building or within the common elements; (l) Abide by and be bound by any and all rules and regulations affecting the Premises or the common area appurtenant thereto which may be adopted or promulgated by the Condominium or Homeowners' Association having control over them.

  • Projects There shall be a thirty (30) km free zone around the projects excluding the Metro Vancouver Area. For local residents, kilometers shall be paid from the boundary of the free zone around the project. Workers employed by any contractor within an identified free zone who resides outside of that same free zone will be paid according to the Kilometer Chart from the project to their residence less thirty
