Common use of Use of Owner's name Clause in Contracts

Use of Owner's name. Where the Collateral Agent becomes entitled to enforce its rights under this Assignment in accordance with clause 6, the Owner covenants and undertakes with the Collateral Agent to do or permit to be done each and every act or thing which the Collateral Agent may from time to time reasonably require to be done in respect of such enforcement and to allow its name to be used as and when reasonably required by the Collateral Agent for that purpose.

Use of Owner's name. Where the Collateral Agent becomes entitled to enforce its rights under this Assignment Deed in accordance with clause 65, the Owner covenants and undertakes with the Collateral Agent to do or permit to be done each and every act or thing which the Collateral Agent may from time to time reasonably require to be done in respect of such enforcement and to allow its name to be used as and when reasonably required by the Collateral Agent for that purpose.
