Common use of Use of Performers' Names Clause in Contracts

Use of Performers' Names. To disseminate, reproduce, print and publish the name, likeness and biography of each performer, director, producer, author and writer who rendered services in or in connection with the production of each Film In Progress, for the purpose of advertising, promoting and exploiting such Film In Progress, except that no use may be made so as to indicate or imply that any such person or performer is endorsing a commercial product or service; and
