Common use of Use of Personally Identifiable Information Clause in Contracts

Use of Personally Identifiable Information. To the extent the Asset Representations Reviewer receives Personally Identifiable Information in the performance its obligations hereunder, the Asset Representations Reviewer agrees that it will not use any Personally Identifiable Information except to the extent necessary to carry out its obligations under the Agreement and for no other purpose. The Asset Representations Reviewer will not disclose, or provide access to, any Personally Identifiable Information to any Person other than (i) to the Asset Representations Reviewer personnel who require such Personally Identifiable Information to perform a Review, (ii) with the prior consent of the Representation Parties or the Servicer or (iii) as required by applicable law. When permitted, the disclosure of or access to Personally Identifiable Information will be limited to the specific information necessary for the individual to complete the assigned task.
