Use of PHI upon Termination. The parties hereto agree that it is not feasible for Cigna to return or destroy PHI at termination of the Agreement; therefore, the protections of this Addendum for PHI shall survive termination of the Agreement, and Cigna shall limit any further uses and disclosures of such PHI to the purpose or purposes which make the return or destruction of such PHI infeasible.
