Use of Photographs and Video Recordings. Company may take and use still photos and video segments of rehearsals and performances of the Work for purposes of promoting the Work or Company. Company may use them in such manner as it may determine, including, without limitation, on its website, social media, or other digital platforms, in television advertisements, through news media sources, and on merchandise.
