Use of private transport. 39.17.1 Where an Employee requests and the Employer agrees to make his/her way from one working venue to another and journeys by car he/she shall be paid by the Employer an allowance equal to the money that would have been paid by the Employer on his/her travelling by the form of transport by which the remainder of the company travels provided that the cost to the Employer is no greater than it would have been if all Employees used transport provided by the Employer.
