USE OF PROFESSIONAL'S DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS. 6.1 The Drawings, specifications and other documents prepared by the Professional for this Project are instruments of the Professional's service for use solely with respect to this Project, except as may be expressly permitted herein. The Professional shall be deemed the author of these documents and shall retain all common law, statutory and other reserved rights, including the copyright. The Owner shall be permitted to retain copies, including electronic format and reproducible copies, of the Professional's Drawings, specifications and other documents and may use the same, without compensation to the Professional, as may be necessary or desirable in the operation, maintenance, construction and renovation of the Project and the remainder of Owner’s campus, including, without limitation, additions or renovations to this Project and submittals or distribution of the same to meet official regulatory requirements or other similar requirements, provided in no event may the Owner use the Professional's Drawings, specifications, or other documents for the construction of a new facility unless agreed to in writing by the Professional and as otherwise permitted by Florida law.

  • – SUBMISSION OF REPORTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS Service Provider shall submit all reports and other documents as and when specified in the Scope of Work. This information shall be subject to review by the City, and if found to be unacceptable, Service Provider shall correct and deliver to the City any deficient Work at Service Provider’s expense with all practical dispatch. Service Provider shall abide by the City’s determinations concerning acceptability of Work.

  • RIGHTS IN WORK PRODUCT AND OTHER INFORMATION A. Work Product Contractor assigns to the Purchasing Entity and its successors and assigns, the entire right, title, and interest in and to all causes of action, either in law or in equity, for past, present, or future infringement of intellectual property rights related to the Work Product and all works based on, derived from, or incorporating the Work Product under an Order. Whether or not Contractor is under contract with the State at the time, Contractor shall execute applications, assignments, and other documents, and shall render all other reasonable assistance requested by the State, to enable the State to secure patents, copyrights, licenses and other intellectual property rights related to the Work Product. To the extent that Work Product would fall under the definition of “works made for hire” under 17 U.S.C.S. §101, the Parties intend the Work Product to be a work made for hire.

  • Award of Construction Contract and Other Future Contracts 6.2.1 A-E is hereby informed that provisions of the Public Contract Code, the Political Reform Act of 1974, other statutes, regulations, and COUNTY policy prohibit, as an impermissible conflict of interest, the award of a contract for the construction of the project(s) on which A-E performed architectural-engineering services under this A-E CONTRACT. A-E is hereby informed that these statutes and regulations could also prohibit the award to A-E of design or other contracts on future phases related to tasks performed by A-E under this CONTRACT. This prohibition applies also to a subcontractor of or parent company of the firm that performed architectural-engineering tasks under this CONTRACT.
