Common use of Use of Programme Vehicles and Other Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of Programme Vehicles and Other Equipment. The Borrower shall ensure that: (a) The types of vehicles and other equipment procured under the Programme are appropriate to the needs of the Programme; and (b) All vehicles and other equipment transferred to or procured under the Programme are dedicated solely to Programme use.

Use of Programme Vehicles and Other Equipment.
