Use of PTO for Vacation. PTO shall be utilized for any vacation time a nurse 2 takes, as scheduled by mutual agreement. PTO times will be established on a first- 3 come-first-served basis by date of application. In the event two or more nurses request 4 the same time and make a request on the same calendar date and only one nurse can 5 be granted the request, the most senior nurse will be granted the PTO time requested.
