Use of Roof. To permit Landlord (or any entity selected by Landlord) to install, operate, maintain and repair any satellite dish, antennae, equipment, or other facility on the roof of the Building or to use the roof of the Building in any other manner, provided that such installation, operation, maintenance, repair or use does not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises.
