Use of Securities Depositories. In exercising its delegated authority, the Custodian may assume, unless instructed in writing to the contrary by an Authorized Person, that the Board or the Funds’ investment adviser has determined, pursuant to Rule 17f-7, to place and maintain foreign assets with any Securities Depository as to which the Custodian has provided the Company with a Risk Analysis.
