Use of Securities Depositories. In exercising its delegated authority, Custodian may assume, unless instructed in writing to the contrary, that the Board or the Fund's investment adviser has determined, pursuant to Rule 17f-7, to place and maintain foreign assets with any Securities Depository as to which the Custodian has provided the Fund with a Risk Analysis.
